National Institute for Health Research – Internal Google Cloud Search Implementation
Brief:
We were required redesign the old NIHR dashboard in order to encourage more users to use it for research and to search for current projects. The old dashboard also featured the new google cloud search feature however it was not connected to all the available databases and information libraries offered by NIHR.
As a result our team conducted interviews and research sessions to identify which databases are the most valuable to NIHR user in order to help them find information faster more easily through the google cloud search feature.
